What’s the Average Lifespan of a Cat?

Cats often live around 13 to 17 years. A few fortunate cats have been known to live for 20 years

or more; the cutest cat in history, Creme Puff, holds the distinction for being the oldest cat ever

recorded at 38 years old. The lifespan of a cat is influenced by several things. These consist of

diet, way of life, preventive care, and breed. Mixed-breed cats are estimated to live one or two

more years on average because they are less likely than purebred cats to suffer from received ailments.
