Is Ice Cream Allowed for Breakfast?

Several research have shown that eating ice cream at breakfast increases cognitive function. Sadly,

not enough evidence exists to support the claim. Therefore, unless evidence to the contrary is

presented, we recommend that you consume it a few times each week, or even for breakfast on

occasion! While everyone may be instantly happy after eating ice cream, does it mean you should

consume it daily or include it in your diet on a regular basis?  It shouldn't be consumed every

day because it contains fat and sugar. However, you can eat it up to twice a week.
