How To Make Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients: 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust, 1/4 cup sliced green onions, 1 tablespoon butter, 6 large eggs, 1-1/2 cups heavy

whipping cream, 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice, 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon

pepper, 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese. Turn the oven on to 350°. Press the crust into a 9-inch pie pan; flute and trim the edges. Put

aside. Green onions should be softened by butter sautéing them in a small pan. Whisk the eggs, cream, and apple juice together in

a big bowl. Add green onions, bacon, salt, and pepper and stir. Fill crust, then top with cheese. Bake for

40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Wait ten minutes before chopping.
